A one-night deposit plus taxes (RI State Tax 7% & Lodging Tax 6%) will be taken for one (1)-night stays.
For stays of two (2) or more nights; a 50% deposit will be taken.
Remaining balance is due at check-in. Please have physical credit card to show Innkeeper.
DEPOSITS MAY BE CHARGED AT ANYTIME FROM DATE OF BOOKING UP UNTIL 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN DATE.
Two (2) night minimum stay required on certain weekends during high season; with exception to some holidays and/or weekends when a three (3)-night minimum applies. Please inquire with Innkeeper should your plans require a shorter stay.
Rates are quoted based on double occupancy.
We charge $25.00 for additional persons in rooms (where applicable/based on occupancy). Total Maximum Occupancy: 12
Keys are provided for room access. Loss of key or failure to return key will result in a $25 service charge.
Should you need to cancellation or modify your reservation with us the following will apply:
SINGLE ROOM RESERVATIONS (not including national holidays**):
Prior to 30 days of your arrival: your deposit will be refunded (less a 10% service fee of entire stay)
From 29-15 days: your deposit will be forfeited.
Within 14 days of your arrival: we will attempt to resell your room reservation. IF we are unable to, you are obligated for the FULL cost of the stay. Any modifications to existing reservation not resulting in a cancellation (i.e., shortened length of stay) will also be charged a 10% fee per day modified.
**National Holidays & Special Weekends require 30-day notification.
No Shows with no prior notification: your deposit will be forfeited; plus any additional nights on the reservation will be charged. Room nights will be available the next day to paying guests.
NOTE: Guests who leave early will not be entitled to a refund for any part of their stay.
GROUP RESERVATIONS (2+ ROOMS):
Please inquire with innkeeper as special conditions apply to group reservations and wedding parties.
Check-in time is between 3:00pm – 6:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am
* Please contact Innkeeper should you wish to request a later check-out time (We will try to accommodate all requests based on occupancy).
NOTE: As we want to ensure that the Inn is ready for all of our guests, we cannot accommodate any early check-in requests.
* If you know you will be arriving late (after 6pm), please let us know at the time of making your reservation so we will be onsite to welcome you. In order to not disturb our guests, we prefer to complete all check-ins before 9PM. If you are running late the day of, please call us @ 888-299-7226 so that we can make arrangements for you.
A gourmet breakfast is served each morning as part of your daily rate. Please alert Innkeeper of any food allergies or significant dietary restrictions.
On-site parking (driveway) is provided for guests only. Should you have visitors, they are asked to please park on the street.
Bristol House has a SMOKE-FREE policy inside and outside of property. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED on property. Guests choosing to disregard our non-smoking policy will be reminded that our B&B offers a smoke-free environment to all our guests. Guests who choose to disregard our policy will be subject to cleaning fees and the Inn will be compensated for lost future revenue by smokers whose smoking renders a room unacceptable for incoming guests.
Pets are not allowed.
Registered service animals allowed. Animals must have up-to-date immunizations. Owners will need to provide records upon reserving room.
Well-behaved children (over the age of six years old) are always welcome at Bristol House! *Special exemptions apply to groups who takeover the entire inn. Please advise Innkeeper of any special arrangements.
Bristol House is not handicap accessible.
